Frank "Xenox" Neumann is an award-winning german sounddesigner and old c64 junkie. He joined the "real c64 scene" in 1986 and started learning coding, painting and making music. He felt in love with the SID Chip since the beginning and his dream was, to have a sid based hardware synthesizer in his little studio. Years later, as he started making sounddesign for different companies like Yamaha Europe or Waldorf Music on the Hardware side and for companies like LinPLug, reFX, CamelAudio, Ilio Entertainment, Ableton and other, on the software side, it was a pleasure for him to do sounds for the HardSID 4U. Because he want to share the love with all other people, too, the sounds he made were for free, ofcourse. I hope that you will like them and if you want, mail me to share music made with the patches...
Here a small list with the work he has done so far:
Yamaha Motif/Motif ES, Waldorf Q/MicroQ/Blofeld, Native Instruments, LinPLug CronoX3, Sophistry, RM5, Alpha3, Alpha Keys,
Alpha CM, Ableton Live 6, Ilio Samplebase, reFX Vanguard, Camelaudio Alchemy and more..
He got a lot of award's for his biggest Project Sophistry, Sophistry is a Ambient sample Library with over 5,5gb of samples
and 1000 sounds together with an unique software synthesizer with samplebased Oscillator's and effects. He got awards for
this Library in germany, United Kingdom and spain/portugal.
